Hi Neighbour

Earlier this past month our class received some exciting news. Every year we participate in the Hi Neighbour banner contest but this year was different. Our class had not one, not two winners but FIVE winners! This is even more impressive when you consider there are only 42 banners chosen from all Transcona schools. These banners are now on display around downtown Transcona. This weekend they will select the winners from each age category at the Hi Neighbour Festival.
